Simons Brekkie smoothie

Hey guys,
I know how hard it can be to try and eat a meal first thing in the morning, especially when in a rush. I am a culprit myself. What I do to ensure that I am getting my nutrients in is wizz up my famous smoothie .
I don’t think that Lana would too chuffed about me blending it at 4.30AM - so I do it the night beforehand.


Here is exactly what I mix up;


-50g of quick oats

-30g scoop of whey protein
-1 whole banana
-1 handful of baby spinach
-1 small handful of frozen blueberries
-1 scoop of vita greens
-1 heaped teaspoon of peanut butter - (because who doesn’t love peanut butter!!!)
-topped up with organic almond milk

You can also mix in a teaspoon of chia seeds in to full you up a bit more, but make sure that you don’t do it the night before because chia seeds absorb liquid and it will make it super gluggy, so only mix them in prior to drinking.

This great combination of carbs, fats and protein gets me through that morning rush and keeps me full until I am able to eat my first meal. It is very tasty too!
