Simon the “innerwest viking’ has been in the fitness game for over 10 years. He has a passion for helping people achieve their fitness goals, as well as being committed to his own self development.
Being a qualified chef for over 10 years gives him the upper hand in creating healthy, easy and quick recipes for you right here on our Rapture Recipes page. Simon says “ To play like an athlete, cook like a chef. Because everyone knows how boring and tasteless chicken, rice and broccoli can be!”
Simon has trained in Muay Thai for 5 years & is currently training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
Qualifications include:

lana Mcdowell
Lana is fun, optimistic and a little on the wild side. Having come from a not so fit background she has guinea-piged her way through every diet and workout known on earth. She knows what works and what doesn’t. Lana understands what its like to be there and is enthusiastic about helping you reach your fitness goals.
Lana has a strong fitness background and has been working actively in the industry for over 10 years specialising in CrossFit and Olympic lifting.
She has competed in many CrossFit events and also love’s obstacle course racing.
Lana is a new mum of 2 and trained CrossFit until Week 39 of her pregnancies! She will show you how to change your workouts according to your situation. Weather it be progress from beginner to CrossFit beast, through pregnancy and postpartum or recovery from injury, Lana’s got your back.

Giulian Favrin
Originally from Melbourne, Giulian found CrossFit while living in the United States in 2017, and it has been a constant in his life ever since. While the CrossFit Games and the sport of fitness was what initially drew him in, Giulian enjoys developing effective mechanics, and efficient technique and movement in every individual. Giulian holds degrees in music performance and education, and enjoys backpacking and camping in the great outdoors, specialty coffee, and FOOD!
