At Inner West CrossFit, we offer structured, coach-led classes designed to help you move better, get stronger and improve your fitness for life.

Our weekly schedule includes:

✓ CrossFit

Our flagship class combining strength, skill development and conditioning. Every session is scalable and designed to help you move better, get fitter and become stronger.

✓ Bodybuilding

Structured strength and hypertrophy sessions designed to build muscle, increase strength and improve movement quality. Our programming follows planned progressions and long-term development, allowing members to train with purpose and achieve measurable results over time.

✓ Engine

Conditioning-focused sessions designed to improve aerobic capacity, endurance and overall fitness. These sessions are ideal for building stamina, improving cardiovascular fitness and complementing your regular training.

✓ Weightlifting

Develop confidence, technique and power in the Olympic lifts through dedicated coaching and skill development.

✓ Sessions

Our advanced Saturday class combining lifting, strength work and longer team-based conditioning pieces. Designed for experienced athletes, competitors or anyone looking to finish the week with an extra challenge.

✓ Saturday CrossFit

Our Saturday community class built around teamwork, shared effort and a great atmosphere to start the weekend.
