STRENGTH - Increase your upper body strength targeting chest, shoulders, back, Biceps and triceps
COMP PREP - For those who are keen to train for upcoming comps or who want to have a go at comp style WODS
OPEN GYM - Do the daily WOD or your own thing / MON - FRI 8am-10am & 5-7pm
