Lanz Protein Balls
Coming into summer I know how tempting it can be to keep eating clean. I have come up with these protein balls which taste AMAZING and it actually tastes like you’re eating something naughty!!

What you’ll need -
- 2 cups of your favourite muesli 
- Sesame oil 
- Seasame seeds 
- Cut up dried figs and currents (or dates) 
- 2 scoops protein powder (I used Bulk Nutrients) 
- Tablespoon maple 
- 4 large spoons of natural peanut butter to bind together 
Method -
- Combined all of the dry ingredients together and mix through 
- Add the sesame oil, maple and peanut butter and use your hands to get in there and mix together 
- Keep adding melted peanut butter to the mix until you get a consistency which lets you roll and keep a firm mould of the balls 
- Roll ‘em 
- Refrigerate them
