Lanz Protein Balls

Coming into summer I know how tempting it can be to keep eating clean. I have come up with these protein balls which taste AMAZING and it actually tastes like you’re eating something naughty!!

What you’ll need -

  • 2 cups of your favourite muesli

  • Sesame oil

  • Seasame seeds

  • Cut up dried figs and currents (or dates)

  • 2 scoops protein powder (I used Bulk Nutrients)

  • Tablespoon maple

  • 4 large spoons of natural peanut butter to bind together

Method -

  1. Combined all of the dry ingredients together and mix through

  2. Add the sesame oil, maple and peanut butter and use your hands to get in there and mix together

  3. Keep adding melted peanut butter to the mix until you get a consistency which lets you roll and keep a firm mould of the balls

  4. Roll ‘em

  5. Refrigerate them
