Olympic Lifting
You can freely incorporate Olympic lifts into your program. This type of resistance training requires ultimate effort for some concise, fast and fierce force. If you execute this activity with the right maneuver, you will surely reap fulfilling rewards.
Our Olympic lifts, which we include in our daily workout of the day and strength, contain “snatch” and “clean & jerk”, as well as other adaptations of these lifts. They are used as a training method for athletic performance enhancement. These lifts need a combination of speed, power, strength and coordination.
Callisthenics and Gymnastics
Both callisthenics and gymnastics enhance your endurance, strength, coordination and flexibility.
