Overnight peanut butter & chia oats
Ingredients
3/4 cup of oats
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp of shredded coconut
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 whole banana chopped
1/2 cup of almond milk
1/2 cup of greek yoghurt
1 scoop whey protein
1 tsp of honey
pinch of cinnamon
Method - (quite hard, read carefully)
Add all of the ingredients to a bowl and mix well. Place in the fridge for 3-4 hours (or preferably overnight)
The longer you soak the oats the nicer they taste. This is a great meal to prepare the night beforehand.
